Our growing law firm is looking to fulfill a receptionist/administrative assistant full time position.
Salary: To be determined based on experience (between $25 to $30/hour)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
(a) Greeting clients at the reception and bringing them to the designated conference room;
(b) Scheduling and managine client appointments;
(c) Opening files, filing of documents and obtaining client IDs and verification forms;
(d) Obtaining and receipting client payments;
(e) Payment of office expenses;
(f) Deposits at financial institutions in the Shediac area;
(g) Attending post office to obtain and deliver mail;
(h) General accounting duties (maintaining deposit books, maintaining credit cards receipts, keeping records of client payments, etc.);
(i) Sending packages by courrier providers;
(j) Ordering and management of office supplies;
(k) Any other general office duties;
(l) Any other duties requested by the Employer related to the duties mentioned herein.
Requirements:
(a) Bilingual, written and verbal, in French and English;
(b) Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel;
(c) Strong organizational skills;
(d) Flexibility and positive attitude;
