We are currently seeking a Program Marketing Advisor to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA currently seeks a Program Marketing Advisor to join our Partner Marketing team working remote in Canada in a full-time role.

You'll join a high-performing marketing team whose goal is to strengthen partner relationships, support strategic partner marketing programs across all channels for growth and business expansion in North American markets , and generate demand.

You will support the marketing plan for multiple partners and help the team achieve market recognition for our capabilities on partner solutions. Partners include hyperscalers like AWS, Google, and Microsoft as well as major enterprise application partners including Salesforce, ServiceNow and SAP. The ideal candidate will know how to generate awareness and demand within a partner ecosystem and how to implement a mix of marketing communications deliverables spanning from service announcements, major IT services industry events, differentiated sales and marketing messages, advertising, social media and more.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment with an ability to quickly get up to speed on a given topic.

Responsibilities might include:

  • Development and execution of co-marketing programs with key NTT DATA partners.
  • Activating co-marketing campaigns involving content development, advertising, social media, and supporting large client-facing partner events.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams, key stakeholders, business leaders, and alliance managers in partner organizations for input and feedback on marketing programs.
  • Supports day-today campaign management activities, e.g. KPI tracking, reporting, preparing presentations and event management.
  • Supplement the work of the Partner Marketing team during a year of growth through partner referrals and reputation building.

Skills/Criteria Required:

  • Minimum 8-10 years hands-on experience in all areas of marketing communications including website, copywriting, event planning and management, online promotions, social media, advertising, content syndication and thought leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business or similar field of study
  • Proven experience managing events and multi-faceted marketing campaigns with demonstrable results
  • Evidence of effective execution of co-marketing programs, preferably with IT Services partners, yielding increased awareness and pipeline generation supporting business growth
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, and implement with speed and efficiency
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong program and project management
  • Ability to work outside regular hours at times to support other time zones

Preferred skills and experience:

  • 2+ years partner marketing or alliance management experience
  • Experience working in a large multi-national, highly matrixed organization
  • Exceptional project management skills and excellent knowledge of marketing processes and timelines for program management of typical marketing communications programs
  • Ability to work with business leaders and subject matter experts to execute awareness and demand generation programs that drive pipeline and support business growth.
  • Demonstrated history of planning successful campaigns and events
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with business leaders, team members and clients
