ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION SUPERINTENDENT
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent to join our team at Lake Utopia Paper based in St. George, New Brunswick.
As an Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination to the E&I department. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Maintaining regular communication with various departments is critical in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring maintenance services are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered on time, while meeting cost and quality standards. You will take a leading role in developing strategies for technology migration to avoid obsolescence within the context of continuous improvement.

We operate four Pulp and Paper Mills out of Saint John and St. George, New Brunswick that produce a combined 1 Million Tonnes of Product and employ over 1000 employees.
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 year completed diploma in Industrial Controls, EET, or Red Seal Industrial Journeyman Electrical or Instrumentation license
- Supervisory experience is required
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and participate in a cross-functional team environment
- Adheres to the highest standards of safety and performance expectations
- Thrives on unique projects and tasks
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
