We are currently seeking a Legal Support Services Coordinator to join our team in our Halifax, NS office.

Working closely with the Manager, Legal Support Services, our Legal Support Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in the general day-to-day organization of the office's Legal Assistants and Legal Support Clerks.
In particular, our Legal Support Services Coordinator will provide assistance by way of document preparation, scheduling meetings, expense reconciliation, file management responsibilities, departmental calendar management, and processing / tracking of vacation requests, absences from work, and overtime requests for the office's legal support services team.
The successful candidate will also provide support to the Manager, Legal Support Services with the recruitment, onboarding and development of new legal support services team members, creating and maintaining various databases & spreadsheets, as well as various other special projects and responsibilities, as assigned.
If you are an administrative processional, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail when it comes to planning, organizing and prioritizing, we want to hear from you! Experience working in legal administration and/or human resources administration would be considered an asset.
