We are seeking a Credit/Collections Administrator for a great contract opportunity, with strong potential to become permanent, with our client in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Reporting to the Credit Manager in Vancouver, the successful candidate will have previous experience in credit/collections and thrives in a busy, dynamic and driven team of professionals with offices across Canada.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Collections
- Credit management and reporting
- Leasing approvals
- Following up with clients on payments
- Account reconciliations
- Processing and allocating payments
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets
- Other duties as required
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
- Proven understanding of accounting, finance, and credit reports
- French/English bilingualism will be considered a definite asset
- Above average organizational skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel
