Easy-Kleen is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all service activities within North America. The service department is a growing business unit that is positioned to ensure the highest level of customer service and customer care is provided. Keys to success include, effective scheduling, work orders diligence, efficient billing, clear reporting, understanding priorities, highlighting repairs and development of lasting customer relationships are keys to success.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage activities of the service department

Manages team members, including technicians, coordinators, and other team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out

Responsible to ensure scheduling and priorities are addressed

Monitors and manages the work-in-progress daily

Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered

Ensures proper completion and processing of work orders

Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally

Develops working knowledge of industry regulations ensures service department adheres to all regulations

Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency

Support and feedback on budget development and adherence

Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service

Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues

Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly

Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work

Qualifications

3 - 5 years of Management Experience

Previous service experience

Comprehensive Industry Knowledge - Pumps, Coils, Burners, etc.

Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office products

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong Customer-Facing Skills

Self-Motivated

Troubleshooting

Creative Problem Solver

Ability to work effectively with others and be part of a dynamic team
