Supply Chain Claims Administrator

Reporting to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. Responsible for minimizing financial risk by correcting invoicing and warehousing errors to ensure invoices are accurate and customer claims are validated quickly.

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- College/University certificate or equivalent experience in Supply Chain and Finance
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately
- Critical thinker - Problem solver - Find a better way
- High Attention to detail
- Team player
- Proficient with data (Excel etc.)
- French would be considered as an asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve discrepancies with customer invoices; or corrective action, credits/rebills.
- Validation of Customer Logistics Claims; give direction to Finance for rebill collection if invalid.
- Provide information to Transportation for carrier or insurance Claims.
- Analyze Customer data to identify trends, advise appropriate departments to further research.
- Support month end SC reporting - including review of outstanding returns not complete.
- Validate Quality claim dollars taken by customer, pre-approved by Quality department.
