The successful applicant should be able to work independently and able to drive change within the operation as well as identify and implement improvements that support the operation. Reporting to the Administration Team Lead, the areas of responsibility include Procurement, Broker Pay, Billing as well Office & System Administration.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Administration Specialist . Responsibilities
- Primary support for broker pay, billing and other administration activities.
- Develop and manage system administration process for several key operating systems.
- Continuously look for ways to drive improvement within their functional area as well as the larger organization.
- Implement and improve the documentation of our standard operating procedures.
- Develop and support Sunbury's inventory management process as it relates in cab technology.
- Support day to day functions of the Administration team.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and pivot from one initiative to the next.
- Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter.
- Experience in Transportation & Logistics Industry would be considered an asset.
- Lean Six Sigma, ROI, or other process improvement strategy certification.
