Chandler is currently seeking a candidate for the Branch Manager role of our Moncton, NB location.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team. We are looking for an innovative, flexible professional to lead, motivate and grow the business. Exceptional communication skills are a must, along with the ability to drive results and develop meaningful relationships with the customer.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Manage and direct sales activities of the branch
  • Lead and develop a team to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Control costs and drive profitability of the branch
  • Maintain operations of a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Relevant diploma/degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two (2) years sales management experience
  • Strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing business performance against budget
  • Experience in coaching and performance management

  • Bilingualism would be an asset
