PMA / Fire Alarm System Sales: Service -Retrofit -New

We are seeking a proactive and influential communicator that drives new business. If you are this individual, we may have the perfect role for you to reach your professional goals. We are seeking a self-sufficient sales professional who is motivated by driving new business, works well under pressure, and accountable to ensure goals are consistently achieved by driving top line revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new Service Sales opportunities for preventative maintenance agreements (PMA service and inspections)
  • Work with clients to identify fire alarm Retrofit/Upgrades, along with new Fire Alarm system opportunities
  • Establish contact with potential qualified buyers of inspection services by scheduling sales calls, follow up on sales leads after they have been identified.
  • Develop caring and enduring customer relationships that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
  • Cold call end users, building owners and property management companies
  • Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and reviewing your findings with the appropriate customer personnel.
  • Present Chandlers Fire Alarm products and services and solicit new business
  • Prepare and present effective proposals that offer solutions to customer life safety needs
  • Develop sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns and issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain and report sales business plan and attend weekly sales call.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience or similar industry experience
  • Sales experience related to the fire and life safety industry and/or building services and maintenance is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with preparing detailed proposals
  • Knowledge of fire alarm industry and/or technology would be an asset
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, in accordance with Company policy
