You start your day with a daily team huddle to gain alignment on shared and individual priorities, share wins and get help with issues.
You'll then dive into the day's work! Whether you're working to add value by automating the process through product enhancements, performing code reviews, or providing mentorship to your colleagues, you'll be a critical part of winning as a team
Along the way you'll zero in on opportunities to educate users, automate the mundane, root cause issues, and improve processes; ensuring we're all better enabled to achieve our objectives day after day.

Your Focus:
- Act as the technical expert on a cross-functional team delivering solutions on Microsoft D365 F&O
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O ERP, customizing the product to meet specific customer needs
- Analyzing and understanding business requirements and translating those to deliverable customizations
- Develop high level technical specifications and support documentation in precedent of deliverables
- Improve the performance, availability, and scalability of our D365 platform and connected ecosystem
- Ability to shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the task at hand
- Mentor and coach fellow developers and team members
- Provide input to technical product roadmap
- Communication of project technical status to IT and Customer stakeholders
- Work in Waterfall/Agile environment and be involved in all technical activities within the team such as estimating, sprint planning, testing, document creation and production support
You Have:
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics design, custom configuration, integration, support
- Development skills in X , SQL, TSQL, SSRS
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Experience building, deployment, and migration of Microsoft Dynamics F&O solutions across environments (Dev thru Prod)
- Strong debugging skills
- Familiarity with data entities and the Data Management Framework
- Knowledge of how to manage environments via LCS
- Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline
- The ability to work independently and manage time accordingly
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A continuous development mindset with a focus on professional development and growth
- Good understanding of performance, accessibility, and security aspects of software development/testing
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
