To sell parts and assist customers with inquiries. 

Located in our Concord Branch, 


Provides help and advice to customers who are experiencing issues with their equipment

Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face

Handles customer complaints

Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

Produces written information for customers, often involving use of a computer package/software

Checks for damaged goods, verifies quantity and quality of order

Wraps, packages, and ships supplies, delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work to storage area

Maintains inventory records by adding or deleting supplies as they are shipped or received

Provide advice concerning parts price and availability

Tracks parcels

Ships transfer orders to and from EASY KLEEN branches

Monitors accuracy of shipping information on orders and contacts sales person for discrepancies

Arranges shipping Company's to pick up parts and machines

Provides international custom documents as needed

Any other duties as assigned
