As our next Senior Sales Lead, you will be directly responsible for a team of Sales Representatives operating across multiple locations in your city. In this fast-paced, high-performance role, you'll support the team in hitting key sales targets. You'll take charge of coaching and developing your representatives into a world-class sales team. What We're Looking For

  • Lead your team - Inspire and elevate your team to help them achieve targets. Provide coaching, 1:1 training; whatever it takes to drive performance
  • Lead your business- Lead from the front and show your team how it's done
  • Drive for performance: You have always exceeded your sales targets
  • Nice to have: previous experience in door-to-door sales, fundraising, direct sales, cold calling, credit card sales, or business development
