RGH works closely with their clients to make smarter business and tax decisions, tackle the unexpected and build a stronger future. RGH is growing and because of this we are looking to resource a skilled leader who can effectively and efficiently manage the ongoing administration of the firm as Operations Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Systems administration lead for the firm
  • Collaborate, acquire, and maintain cloud-based systems and other firm wide systems like phones and printers
  •  Accounting Software lead in dealing with service providers
  • Cost control Cost control regarding office supplies, accurate timelines for payroll, new hire onboarding and working directly with vendors for business products and services
  • Manage the firm's account receivables through ongoing review and assessment, including customer interaction and collections
  • Reconciliation of firm receivables to ensure accuracy
  • Office administration including the first point of contact with customers and coordinating time off for staff
  • Focused customer service, interaction and a resource for customers who have minor issues and need assistance such as accounting software issues

The ideal candidate:

  • Undergraduate degree in commerce or business administration from a recognized educational institution
  • Three year's related experience in office management in a regulated professional service environment
  • One year's experience with database management
  • Five year's supervisory experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), databases, and personal computers
  • Certifications in human resource management, coaching, and/or management (CIM) are considered assets
  • Proven experience with business analysis practices and techniques and with developing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures are considered assets
