We are currently seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Advisor to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
As a Demand Generation Advisor at NTT DATA, you will develop, execute and refine comprehensive strategic marketing and demand generation programs to generate awareness and growth across our portfolio of IT and business services. This is an ideal role for a proactive marketer passionate about content development and tailoring marketing campaigns across B2B channels to solve clients' needs and demonstrate tangible business value .
This strategic team member will drive targeted, digital demand generation programs and manage omnichannel campaign activities and sales enablement. Successful candidates will have a track record of balancing quantitative and qualitative analysis and insights to create smart, effective account-based marketing campaigns, optimizing budget dollars and diving into programs results to demonstrate business value.
As a matrixed organization that highly values teamwork, there will be ample opportunity to collaborate and communicate across internal groups including fellow marketers, subject matter experts, thought leaders and the sales community. This individual may also work with media relations colleagues and external agencies to develop and use content for relevant communications that amplify awareness and visibility. Responsibilities might include:
  • Understanding customer personas and buying journey to drive innovative awareness and demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and support business growth.
  • Translating business strategies and priority challenges/offerings into key marketing messages and effective communications.
  • Working with business leaders and subject matter experts to write and produce both short and long-form content including blogs, emails, webpage copy and e-books.
  • Integrating marketing tactics, working with extended teams, to ensure maximum impact of demand generation, thought leadership efforts and announcements.
  • Creating internal and external presentations that clearly communicate key messages and enable the seller community
  • Conducting post-campaign audits to identify key learnings and measure effectiveness against defined and aligned KPIs
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities through industry research and news monitoring, and participation in industry events.
  • Managing and adhering to marketing budget, maintain vendor and agency relationships, and oversee related contracts and payments.

Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ability to independently drive omnichannel marketing programs.
  • Subject matter expert in integrated marketing with expertise in digital strategy and demand generation, including lead generation and nurture strategies.
  • Experience leading marketing programs in a complex business and enterprise marketing environment
  • Acute understanding of the impact of design and strong copywriting skills, with an exceptional ability to identify good design and copy
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills .
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines, work under pressure, set expectations and handle multiple priorities in a team environment.

Preferred skills and experience:
  • Understanding of digital transformation trends, technologies and/or business processes, including broader issues and client pain points
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience working with Consulting, industry and/or technology groups.
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with business leaders, team members and clients
  • Enjoy working with a diverse team, sharing ideas and creative thinking.
