The opportunity:
The Northern NB Woodlands Division is seeking to fill Crew Boss / Plantation Crew Chiefs position for the 2023 planting season. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude towards teamwork.

• Responsible for the health & safety of a group of 10-15 tree planters and support staff
• Constantly working to improve their jobsites and dealing with any conflicts within their work group
• Leading and documenting mandatory stretching
• Meeting or exceeding quality and production targets
• Transporting workers to and from work sites
• Accurate and timely Payroll entry
• Perform quality check on a daily basis

Your qualifications:

• Leadership skills or experience in team management
• Be able to motivate youself to work independently without supervision
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate peers
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Work in a team and in a safe manner
• Having a valid driver's licence (class 5)
• Bilingualism (asset)
• Meet the JDI selection criteria
