Our client, a government office, is seeking Administrative Support for a contract opportunity in their Sydney, NS office. The ideal candidate must have a high attention to detail and have exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Answering phone calls and directing customers
  • Taking meeting notes
  • Filing and records management
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar secretarial role in a professional environment
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
