We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Representative to join our team in St. John's, NL!
We are seeking an individual on a term basis to conduct field services with primary focus on marine, civil, or municipal engineering projects, including marine facility construction (timber cribwork, sheet and pipe piling, breakwaters, launch ways, slipways), land development, municipal servicing, road construction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Complete field measurements and track quantities;
- Document daily progress and work activities;
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and ensure conformance during construction;
- Possess a positive attitude towards safety and the environment and have the ability to monitor general compliance of both on construction sites;
- Willingness to travel and work in remote locations;
- Willingness to perform on-site representation for extended periods;
- Willingness to work typical hours for construction;
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience;
- Working ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Ability to effectively communicate;
- Hold a valid Newfoundland and Labrador driver's license;
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD would be a benefit;
