We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will support our reception desk as well as general administrative responsibilities, including collaboration with Human Resources, IT, Administrative Team in day to day operational matters.
Responsibilities include:
  • Administrative support and reception duties in a busy professional office environment.
  • Welcoming all guests to the office and supporting their requirements during their visit.
  • Preparation of general correspondence when requested.
  • Working with the administrative team to support meetings and office functions, as well as process improvement to workflow.
  • Managing meeting room technology, catering, scheduling, and tidiness.
  • Receiving and distributing internal and external mail.
  • Supporting various departments as needed (Accounting, Human Resources, Business Development).
  • Data Entry support for recruitment purposes and work with the HR system.
  • General office duties and supplies.
  • Booking travel and accommodations.
  • Courier: supplies, processing requests, and reconcile bills.
  • Other duties as requested.

Basic Requirements:
  • 2-4 years General Office Administration experience.
  • Graduate of an Administration program.
  • Professional presentation and appearance.

Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to Multi-Task.
  • Attention to detail.
