The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Irving Forest Services team, based in Saint John, New Brunswick.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of human resources projects and initiatives to ensure alignment throughout the businesses. This role will work closely with our sites by assisting in delivering and executing programs and policies for a number of functional areas in Human Resources at the highest quality standards. TheHuman Resources Manager will proactively cultivate and promote best practice human resources management while providing day to day operational advice, consultation and support in the areas of recruitment, performance management, coaching and employee engagement. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.

You Have:
  • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Human Resources preferred
  • 5 Years' of demonstrated experience in a Human Resources Role
  • A CPHR designation considered an asset
  • Curious, strategic mindset with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, detail-oriented and good analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
