Ocean Capital Holdings Limited, a privately held company with its Corporate Office located in Saint John, New Brunswick, has an immediate opening for an entry level Tax Analyst.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and filing tax returns (corporate, partnership and trust).
  • Preparing year-end tax accounting entries and tax related notes to the financial statements.
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual HST returns
  • Preparing and filing T5 returns.
  • Working with corporate controllers to establish and revise as required, appropriate monthly income tax installments.
  • Tax planning and analysis.

Qualified candidates will be working toward their Chartered Professional Accountant Designation with minimum of 2 years relevant experience in accounting or tax.

  • Experience with corporate enterprise resource planning systems
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others to effectively coordinate activities to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks simultaneously.
