Juniper Tree Nursery is currently seeking candidates for Truck Driver (Class 1) to deliver tree seedlings and roundwood to our internal and external customer base.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Years of Experience Required: 2
- Eligible for cross-border travel between Canada and the US
- General truck mechanical skills will be considered and asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver seedlings to internal & external customers in a variety of locations
- Transport round wood during the winter months to support our operations
- Operate the truck in a safe, efficient, and productive manner according to J.D. Irving, Limited's Best Management Practices
- Work independently in remote locations
- Perform general daily maintenance and repairs as required
