Your Contribution
Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare and produce documents (letters, forms, notes, resolutions, registers) in the area of corporate law;
  • Maintain corporate records, coordinate resolution signatures and minutes;
  • Coordinate various corporate / board meetings
  • Maintain and renew corporate licenses for all entities
  • Ensure annual maintenance of corporate files for all entities
  • Prepare transaction and corporate documents for transactions (acquisitions, mergers, dissolution, etc.)
  • Track various files and timelines
  • Provide courteous customer service, including with internal customers and external suppliers;
  • Search common legal databases available online
  • Organize legal department documentation;
  • Prepare legal documents for the company;
  • Manage the company's public records;
  • Maintain up-to-date information with regulatory authorities;
  • Contribute to regulatory audits of different jurisdictions;
  • Contribute to internal compliance audits;
  • Conduct regulatory monitoring for the company.
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety culture

Your Profile
  • Graduate of an Accredited Paralegal Education Program
  • 5 - 10 years of relevant paralegal experience;
  • Experience in construction, engineering or environment is an asset;
  • Demonstrated initiative, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Demonstrate an interest and s to occupational health and safety.
