Role

  • Manage all expansion efforts into the US market
  • Manage all stages of the sales process to solidify new business
  • Develop and execute recruitment and training plan to establish a US sales team
  • Market research, identify opportunities, and generate interest
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual targets
  • Identify best resources for developing a diverse portfolio of business opportunities

Requirements
  • Experience developing and executing an expansion plan into a new country
  • Recruiting and training a sales team
  • Huge drive and track record of success in building new revenue channels
  • Experience with developing a diverse portfolio of clients offering a range of products
  • Proficient at sales pipeline management
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the US market
