Interior Design and Sales Administrator

Our client in the west end of the GTA is looking for a Interior Design and Sales Administrator to join their growing team. The Interior Design and Sales Administrator will have dual responsibilities with both Interior Design and Sales Team. The Interior Design and Sales Administrator will work in conjunction with the clients and the Implementation team payroll specialist. You must be detailed oriented and provide excellent customer service.

  • Assist in the development of client presentations, incorporating changes and details as needed
  • Assist with the project set up and schedule using project management software. Enter project data as directed.
  • Support document production including documenting meeting minutes and producing project schedules
  • Provide overall administrative assistance to Principal Interior Designer including email management, meeting coordination and scheduling,
  • Assist with client communications and respond to inquiries as directed including welcome emails to VIP clients
  • Organize and schedule client and internal meetings. Responsible for meeting preparation including room booking, set up, and collateral materials
  • Maintain and update all activity in CRM (REMI). Ensure CRM data is accurate and clean by regularly examining records and resolving any quality issues or discrepancies. Responsibilities include tagging leads, updating lead status (i.e. abandoned, won, active), recording notes, and liaising with third-party providers

  • ***3 + Years experience with an "interior design firm that specializes in residential" "is a must", or related business in an administrative or project coordinator role
  • An exception administrator with the ability to multi-task, take responsibility for completing tasks with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative to solve problems
  • Demonstrated familiarity with the design cycle
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills - recognizing the importance of client relationship building
  • Advance word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint skills
