8-hour shifts - Monday to Friday

The Manager of Reception, Admitting and Clinical Records reports to the Regional Director of Health Information. He is responsible for the management of the activities and staff of the Reception, Admitting and Clinical Records Department for his area. The Manager ensures that the services offered are of high quality and meet the needs of patients and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services management or other related training;
  • Diploma in Health Information Management considered an asset;
  • Minimum of two years supervisory/staff management experience;
  • Experience in supervision / management of staff and a strong aptitude for coaching;
  • Experience in managing at a regional / multisite level;
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered;
  • Recognized leadership ability;
  • Ability to set priorities and achieve goals;
  • Ability to manage many projects / tasks at a time with an understanding of needs and organizational priorities;
  • Ability to analyze, write and summarize;
  • Proficiency in the use of computer tools;
  • Proficiency in standards and laws related to clinical information management and disclosure of personal health information;
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as travel is required;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physically able to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.

Written and spoken competence in French and spoken competence in English are required .
