To support their continued growth, we are recruiting a General Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of the company, align people, resources and drive business excellence. 

Reporting to the Founder, the General Manager is accountable for engaging and collaborating closely with staff, clients, industry and community stakeholders to achieve success and to ensure the continued development, management and delivery of superior construction services. The new leader is responsible for continuing momentum in achieving the company's strategic objectives and operational goals. They champion safety, quality and innovation in policies, practices and culture. Working closely with sister companies in real estate development and wood building manufacturing, they support new ideas to integrate and deliver competitive solutions to maximize opportunity and resilience across the business.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, self-motivated and results-driven leader who is naturally collaborative, resourceful and adept at building strong relationships and partnerships. They have experience successfully running a business or division, preferably in construction or a related field, and possess a master's or university degree and/or related education in construction management, engineering, architecture or business. The General Manager is an inclusive leader skilled at developing high-performing teams aligned with company vision and values. They foster a culture of safety, learning and continuous improvement. They have acquired solid business and financial acumen with demonstrated experience delivering on company objectives and generating strong performance results.
