As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide reception services each day in a professional work environment and assist clients
  • Handling a software-based phone systems
  • scheduling meetings and other related events
  • Preparing, drafting, editing and formatting of letters, reports, presentations, financial statements and other correspondence using MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
    Expenses & Billing
  • Preparing work in progress reports and bills
    Contact Management & Business Development Support
  • Maintaining and updating the Client Management database
  • Responding to phone calls and/or emails from clients
    Other duties as required
  • Assembly and efiling personal tax returns
  • Learning new software to assist in the administrative duties, as required

    Think you've got what it takes to be a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

  • Completion of a recognized administration/office progra m or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (French) is an asset
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a professional services environment would be consider an asset
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in client service
  • Takes initiative and direction, and works well independently
  • Keen attention to detail, efficient and accurate
  • Willingness to learn new skills
    In addition, you will be working 2-3 days a week in the Perth-Andover,NB office.
