On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team of dedicated professionals in Halifax, Nova Scotia or Moncton, New Brunswick or St. John's, Newfoundland.
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development of media plans across all digital channels, providing overall strategic guidance in all areas of digital marketing, provoking growth for brands by reshaping consumer decision-making and experiences by harnessing the power of media, content, and technology. The successful candidate will analyze and optimize campaign performance and communicate results that will provide actionable takeaways resulting in more customers and sales. Developing and managing customer acquisition and retention programs across digital marketing channels to drive growth, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be passionate about using data to grow and optimize digital marketing programs.
As the ideal candidate, you possess a minimum of three years' experience working in a field of digital media/market planning and performance marketing. You are an individual who develops a media plan that is user driven and supported by channel and tactics. You are results driven and understand the value of a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and the ability to measure and accurately report on it. Experience in planning and managing of Google Ads (ideally Google Ads certified) and Facebook Ads Manager, as well as experience working with/in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, will be preferred. With exceptional communication and organization skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. Bilingual, French and English, will be considered an asset. University degree or college diploma in a related field is required.
