We currently have a 5 month term opportunity for a Specialist, HR Programs to join our HR Solutions and Innovation team based out of our offices in Stellarton or Dartmouth, NS, Mississauga, ON, or Calgary, AB. Job Description
What you'll get to do in this fast-paced role:
Lead and support all deliverables within the project lifecycle with a concentration on the successful research, execution, delivery and support of HR technology initiatives
Direct the identification of new and complex business processes and strategies by becoming knowledgeable (act as a SME) and researching industry best practices in Human Resources technology
Coordinate the development of comprehensive business cases and other project initiation activities
Lead the deployment of Human Resources technology
Lead effective execution and deployment of the HR technology with various business partners
Track and report on feedback, deployment success metrics, post-implementation end-user usage, and benefits realization, inform leaders for action as required
Ensure sustainability and provide functional support for the systems within the Human Resources technology platform
Actively promote Human Resources technology platform to drive adoption and engagement in supported process
* Support the full Solutions and Innovation team's strategic plans and imperatives by leveraging individual skills and strengths across the team as required Job Requirements
What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:
Undergraduate Degree in HR, IT or related field
5 years of relevant experience, in project execution, process analysis, change management, HR or IT
Experience with HR Systems, such as Cority and SuccessFactors, preferred
Project Management experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills
* Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
