Registration Support

The Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) is the professional regulatory body for registered nurses in New Brunswick.

NANB is recruiting a full time bilingual administrative support team member to join the team in Registration Services.

The ideal candidate is an organized individual with a professional approach, who is able to complete tasks with minimal supervision, take initiative to provide assistance when needed and direction when necessary. The position is responsible for shared reception duties including receiving incoming calls, greeting visitors, and general office work. Support to membership services includes annual registration renewal, registration exams, and general inquiries. Experience with database design, development, maintenance, and data manipulation will be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communications in both official languages, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have administrative or business administration education combined with relevant work experience.
