Master Packaging Inc., the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging, located in Dieppe, New Brunswick is currently seeking a self-motivated and customer focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Solutions Specialist.

Responsibilities:

This position requires the skills to manage internal and external client relationships while providing support successfully and effectively for our various products. Working in a B2B environment, this role requires a balance of customer service skills with system and technical knowledge, ingenuity, and ability to solve problems. Specifically, the successful candidate will:

Interact daily with customers and relevant stakeholders to understand customer needs' and values to facilitate orders from receipt to delivery.
Become a knowledge expert in Master Packaging products.
Manage the approvals between the Design department and the Customer for samples, proofs, and artwork. Schedule press side approvals for First Time Orders.
Build and maintain a united relationship with your assigned Sales Team member while providing ongoing daily support.

Requirements and Skills:

Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
Post-Secondary education in business or equivalent is preferred.
A Strong Customer Service orientation with 3 to 5 years' experience in Customer Service, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
Project management experience is a strong asset.
Experience in the paper converting, printing or graphic arts industry is preferred, or an aptitude to learn.
Intermediate computer skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
