Are you someone who is always looking for ways to improve a process or make things more efficient? As a Business Process Architect with Sobeys at our Stellarton, NS office you will provide tools and techniques for process documentation to the business.
Job Description
As a Business Process Architect with Sobeys you will:
Build business alignment and a trusted relationship with business partners
Collaborate with cross functional process and continuous improvement teams to foster alignment and identify new requirements
Keep up to date on industry standards and best practices for process documentation, process analysis and continuous improvement
Develop standards for process documentation and analysis
Ensure the administration of process documentation tool including user management
Consult with business to identify and improve process documentations standards
Define, communicate and control Process Lifecycle Governance for process models and documentation
Lead business process elicitation workshops and document business process
Develop BPM practice through delivering training, coaching, mentoring to business resources
Provide knowledge transfer on techniques, tools, process analysis and design methods LI-Post
Job Requirements
Your experience and resume will show us:
Undergraduate Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Business
Minimum of 8 years experience in IT projects and processes
* Experience defining and understanding business processes using various tools and techniques
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
