Sunbury Transport is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will go above and beyond to ensure we provide exceptional customer service, every minute, every hour, every day.
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail
  • Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter
  • Post-secondary education would be considered an asset
  • Experience in TMW system and excel would be considered an asset
  • Experience in customer service, along with knowledge of the Transportation Industry would be considered an asset

  • Achieving weekly, monthly, and annual business targets
  • Management of key customer accounts
  • Working with customers to provide seamless service
  • Review driver paperwork to ensure accurate billing
  • Investigate and correct billing discrepancies and errors
  • Adds value by continuously driving improvement in processes
  • Troubleshooting for sales and operational issues
  • Work with Fleet Coordinators to support customers' needs
