Sr Salesforce Business Analyst

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Product & Marketing Systems, the Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for business requirements elicitation, addressing new configuration requests and resolving advanced inquiries (cases) received from Rogers for Business Salesforce.com users. This is a business role which interfaces predominantly with other business stakeholders but also IT.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Supports requirements elicitation from the business of product catalogue and/or of configure, price and quote requests
  • Independently configuring and unit testing solutions as required
  • Handles level 2 requests from Rogers for Business Salesforce users with appropriate urgency
  • Identify system defects, performs root cause analysis, documents defect cases and implements fixes, collaborating with IT where necessary
  • Develops user test scripts and executes testing
  • Identify and facilitate one-on-one or team training/demos, as required
  • Coach support resources on case resolution, as required
  • Work with management to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Identify trends and develop improvement solutions
  • Support training documentation updates to be shared with content owners
  • Supports ad hoc requests including those related to system reporting for Salesforce users

What You Will Bring:
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • A minimum of 3-5 years Salesforce experience
  • Natural leader with experience functioning as a support team lead
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities from both operational and technical perspectives
  • Results-oriented and action-oriented; Able to manage competing priorities and work on concurrent projects while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in rapidly changing and ambiguous work environment
  • Thrives in a team-based, collaborative work environment
  • Experience with requirements elicitation working with business stakeholders
  • Experience working with configure, price, quote (CPQ) capabilities considered an asset
  • Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA, considered an asset
  • Experience with Vlocity, considered an asset
  • Experience working with external vendors, considered an asset
