Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a talented candidate to join our Operations team as Technical Support Specialist. Your job will be to provide our customers with the best support available and to set the bar high for anyone else that our customers have to deal with. Forget the traditional call center mentality, we create die-hard fans because we take the time to listen and care.

- Provide on phone and email support for reported incidents, service requests and sales calls.
- Provide after-hours on-call Tech Support following established rotational schedule.
- Daily maintenance of departmental open tickets to ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
- Answer questions and provide training for both software and hardware problems, troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Document support calls.
- Provide permanent solutions to reduce call volume or enhance services.
- Prioritize workload for priority incidents and escalated incidents
- Project work as needed related to any service we provide to our customer.
- Create and improve documentation for the Operations team.
