Business Solution Owner - Credit to CashAct as the "guardian of the global design" to ensure that McCain maintains global standardization in Credit to Cash including but not limited to AR and Billing, Claims and dispute management and cash application with some knowledge on treasury management - settlements / payments of Vendors.
Owner of the Global Business process and applications templates and common ways of working.
Ensure that all enhancements and changes to the design are evaluated for global applicability and only deviate where legal and regulatory requirement dictate. Focus on standard "out of the box" functionality and minimize customization.
Ensure business has sponsored the enhancements and partner with IS through the governance process.
Collaborate with the business to Adopt, Optimize and Extend, where applicable the appropriate process.
Responsible for Enhancements of Applications & Processes
Drive value from our business application investments.
Prepare Detailed Feasibility Studies.
Facilitate the development and implementation of key processes to drive efficiency and standardization across Credit to Cash globally.
Translate working knowledge of cash management re: AR/Billing, Cash allocation, Claims and dispute and Settlements to training materials
Creating functional specifications (translating business requirements into instructions that can be used by the technical developers to design the application)
Assist in the evaluation and selection of final design decisions
Ensure proper tests scripts have been created.
Assist business super users and ICBA's to ensure proper system testing
Evaluate the impact of Enhancement pack and Service pack upgrades that are routinely deployed and provide testing recommendations. Responsible for test script scenarios, engaging the business on testing application prior to go live and support the business through hyper care periods.
Assist with the development of life cycle roadmaps for all current applications both SAP and non-SAP.
Includes version alignment globally and timing of upgrades.
Ensure new functionality is communicated to the business.
Prepare for "end of life" scenarios and work to develop replacement alternatives
Responsible for the Deployment of New Applications
Assist in developing business cases for new applications.
Ensure that new applications are scalable for global applicability and that McCain has one global application vs multiple regional applications.
Assist in ensuring that new applications are properly integrated with existing applications and account for all "cross tower" system and process impacts.
Assist with RFI/RFP process for selection of software provider and system integrators.
Assist in the development of contracts, professional service agreements and statements of work.
Responsible for the blueprint, realization, testing, training, go live and hypercare.
Assist with ongoing application requirements e.g. contract renewals and license etc.
Work with Regional information services to establish business priorities in line with the information services strategic drivers (adopt, optimize, innovate, analyze, collaborate).
Assist with the creation of a 3 year business process roadmap that supports the business strategy which will define the application roadmap.
Proactively investigate and gain knowledge of trends and advancements in technology, in conjunction with the business strategy.
Assist with presenting any relevant new technology that will significantly impact the achievement of the business objectives and move McCain ahead of the competition.
Identify opportunities within the business to improve or provide analytical data to enhance decisions.
Responsible for the design and delivery of analytic applications and data integration points to ensure smooth transfer of information.
Responsible for the development of self service training programs, to be administered regionally.
Collaborate with Regional information services to advance the use of electronic data interfaces and self-service applications, where possible, to create a paperless organization that drives efficiencies and employee engagement.

The Business Solution Owner will develop a collaborative partnership with the Business and our people to deliver business applications that are rapidly executed to sustain costs and optimize technology for future opportunities.
They will own the development of process and application plans to address business priorities and known gaps or inefficiencies.
Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated successful work experience in food industry, ideally with experience working in AR/Billing and AP Payments
Advanced knowledge and expertise in SAP FI and CO
Hands on experience with SAP COPA and controlling modules
Experience in leading project teams, preferably in a global environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment with ambiguous conditions, dealing with both internal and external customers, including cross functional teams.
Effective project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.#LI-XXX
