What you can expect in a typical day
As a Process and Compliance Specialist I, you will work with our Supply Management team to improve data integrity, processes, and communications across the team. You will manage the integrity of the data in our contract database, identify and support process improvement opportunities, and perform daily reporting as required.

Professional skills
  • Manage the completeness and accuracy of the Supply Management contract database.
  • Support Supply Management analysts in the creation and delivery of departmental reports and analytics (scorecards, dashboards, etc.).
  • Manage and communicate changes to contract boilerplates.
  • Run reports and provide analysis, both regular and ad hoc.
  • Management supplier compliance activities through ISNetworld
  • Support the development and management of department policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Support the development of department training & communication material.
  • Support process audit and process improvement activities.
  • Day to day management of ISNetworld, including reporting and supplier follow-up.

  • Minimal travel is required for this position.

Education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement role.
  • Post-secondary education in business, economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (create, populate, update).
  • SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designation or enrolled in the program an asset.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and ISNetworld an asset.
