Under the responsibility of the Regional Manager of the Performance Improvement, Processes and Project Office, the incumbent will contribute to the sector's success primarily as: a) consultant for the improvement of operational, clinical and administrative processes; b) leader and champion in the search for innovative solutions and alternatives and change management. The incumbent will ensure that process improvement initiatives are efficient and aligned with the Network's expectations and priorities as well as the Lead Work Teams according to the respective projects.


  • Undergraduate degree in health sciences and/or applied science;
  • A graduate degree in a related field would be considered an asset;
  • PMI certification would be considered an asset;
  • Lean or Lean Six Sigma black belt certification;
  • Five (5) years of experience in process improvement and/or project management, change management, or quality improvement;
  • Experience in the health care field would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS-Project) and Visio application;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills;
  • Sound judgement accompanied by listening, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to summarize;
  • Transformational leadership;
  • Ability to mobilize, engage, and act as a change agent;
  • Innovativeness and creative reasoning in the performance of duties;
  • Ability to advance several major projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to travel within Vitalité Health Network and the province;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physically able to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.

NOTE: Salary commensurate with provincial scale for management staff.
