Within the Corporate Human Resources team, the Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for the acquisition, development and retention of talent across the JDI enterprise. Our goal is to build and align talent programs to increase engagement and build leadership strength by leveraging best practice tools, technology and people to meet business objectives. Key areas of focus include: Recruitment Services, Campus Recruitment, Succession Management, Engagement Initiatives, Onboarding, Performance Development and Leadership Development.
We are seeking a highly driven professional to join our Talent CoE in the role of Talent Management Coordinator located in Saint John, New Brunswick.Reporting to the Team Leader, Talent Management, the Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of all corporate leadership development programs. They also manage the employee engagement and lifecycle surveys, rewards and recognition platform, and other initiatives to develop the capabilities of our employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • 2 years' experience preferred, new graduates welcome to apply!
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a keen attention to detail
  • Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Outlook

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external Corporate leadership programs and offerings
  • Maintain training records and reports
  • Leverage HR systems and improve current processes (HCM and My Learning)
  • Manage Employee Recognition and Rewards Platform (WOW!)
  • Manage all talent assessments (360 assessments, Via Edge, and Leadership Potential)
  • Facilitate and analyze employee lifecycle surveys (New Hire and Exit)
  • Coordinate the annual Employee Engagement survey
  • Coordinate monthly HRBP Development Sessions
