What you can expect in a typical day:
The Terminal Operations Team Lead be responsible to support and prioritize tasks for the team while ensuring a high level of accountability to safety and leadership. This role is responsible to supervise operations, unloading of vessels and product movements according to established procedures. Team Leads must adhere to, implement and communicate operating procedures aligned with corporate and industry standards while providing continuous coaching and feedback to operators.

  • Manage contractor relationships and maintain contractor files

Education and experience
  • Post-secondary education in industrial trade or technology, or equivalent experience an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in marine terminal operations
  • Completion of all levels of terminal operations training
  • Experience in handling hazardous materials (TDGR)
