Sales and Administration Assistant
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and organized individual to assist our sales management team with a wide variety of administrative, reporting and support tasks. - Administration experience and/or applicable education.
- Exhibit a high level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
- Detail oriented and display strong organization and time management skills.
- Focused on customer service for both internal and external customers.
- ·Research and maintain accurate records
- Manage customer database.
- Process sales documentation.
- Assist sales management with customer contacts and arrange appointments.
- Input and prepare used car file and submit accounting documentation.
- Administer Social Media as required.
- Add descriptions, images and video where applicable to O'Regan and dealer website.
- Complete Registry of Motor Vehicle work.
- Develop and prepare various sales reports.
- Maintain demonstrator files.
