Senior Service Technician
Are you reliable, friendly, looking to work on commercial food equipment? This fantastic opportunity for a Service Technician (Appliance Repair Tech) is needed to perform diagnostics and regular maintenance, service, upkeep, on gas, steam and electrical appliances. You must be able to follow wiring diagrams. Regular maintenance of supplied service vehicle, as well as accurate record-taking, and be able to maintain inventory counts. Service would include restaurants, hospitals, university/colleges, stadiums, etc. food service equipment. Ability to balance maintenance tasks, and commit to servicing the client, and dealing with the customers.

Nova Scotia GasFitter (II) certificate of qualification or Equivalent (Gasfitter B)
Trade certification in a related field (electrical/mechanical/technical/refridgeration) is an asset.
Previous experience servicing hot food equipment an asset.
Electrical/ mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technology.
Valid Driver's License with good driving record (abstract) required. HVAC license would be an asset.
Excellent customer service & communication skills, accountable and self-driven.
Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call required. Able to travel for training or for work when needed
