CBI Health Centre in Garrison Village, Chilliwack is a purpose built clinic that is buzzing with activity serving the residents of Chilliwack and the surrounding area. We have been open for 4 years and we are one of the fastest growing CBI clinics in the country. With physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage services being offered in the same location, all the staff is busy yet supportive and encouraging to one another. Every member of staff from the admin to PT assistants to kin to clinicians are valuable, respected team members. We work well together and we play well together.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
As a Administrative Assistant, you will:
  • Provide customer service to clients and stakeholders, both in person and on the phone
  • Ensure smooth operations of the front desk at our busy, fast paced clinic
  • Financial management including collecting payments from clients and funders, end of day reconciliation
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
  • Coordinate referral process
  • Manage confidential files and track patient follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS
To take on the role of Administrative Assistant, you must have:
  • 2-3 years customer service and office experience
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated with both clients and staff
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes (AP/AR)
