Responsibilities include:
  • Product set up in SAGE
  • Ensure compliance required are followed
  • Product costing
  • Costing analytics
  • Maintain product information and cost sheets
  • Transfer pricing
  • Standard cost maintenance
  • Maintain routing set up
  • Bank deposits
  • Investigation and help resolve costing errors
  • Attend weekly Customer Request Form meetings and provide input

Education and experience:
  • Post secondary education in business required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working within manufacturing industry an asset
  • Demonstrated experience with costing, pricing and modeling

Professional skills:
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Be friendly and positive with a proactive attitude but firm when needed
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and know when to escalate

  • Strong computer skills with the knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of Sage would be considered an asset

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Displays a professional manner and approach

  • Works independently without supervision

  • Builds and maintains relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate capability to be productive and quality oriented
