Oromocto Bus Repair Facility

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is currently seeking an individual to join the Vehicle Management Agency as a mechanic working in the Oromocto Bus Repair Facility.

As a member of the Oromocto Bus Repair Facility, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of automotive and related equipment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of Journeyperson's Certificates in the Automotive Service Technician Trade (AST) and a Truck and Transport Trades (T&T) as issued by the Province of New Brunswick

Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.

Please attach a copy of your certificates (T&T and AST) with your application.

Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration. Please ensure that preferred language for assessment is identified on your resume.

The following operational requirements are also required: working on weekends, travel and variable hours.

Salary: $25.24 per hour
