On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a bilingual Sales Representative to join their growing team of dedicated professionals in Northern New Brunswick.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Representative will become a Business Partner by anticipating customer needs and taking a proactive approach with sales. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure a detailed plan is created to target all customers in the respective region and provide end to end solutions to those customers. The Sales Representative will develop detailed knowledge of Big Erics key suppliers' products, warranties, systems and services, and inform customers of changes in technology and introduce new products that would enhance their business. The individual will maintain and grow existing customer base by promoting the full range of products and services, expanding customer portfolio and increasing sales volume with existing customers, as well as determining a new customer sales strategy and identifying and acting on sales and new growth opportunities on an ongoing basis.
As the ideal candidate, you possess previous sales experience at an intermediate level, ideally three to five years. Product knowledge of Big Erics representative manufacturers will be preferred. Experience managing the expectations that arise during a customer/sales relationship, along with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are key to success in this role. You possess proven ability to carefully plan project activity and work independently, demonstrating efficient territory self-management, priority setting, requests and allocation of company resources. Working knowledge of SAP and strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office is essential. With exceptional communication and presentation skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. A valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel is required.
