LucasWorks is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Bookkeeper to join a fast-growing company in Windsor, ON. If you love numbers, this is the job for you!
  • Data Entry
  • Basic Accounting duties
  • Locate, analyze invoices and review variances
  • Perform daily payroll department operations
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • General Administrative duties for the president of the company
  • Month end balance sheet
  • Payables and account receivables

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an office environment
  • Accounting designation preferred but not required
  • Must have Experience using Sage
  • Ability to work independently without Supervision
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Advanced accuracy and attention to detail skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and take initiative
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:15pm
