Family Law Clerk

Talentcor Toronto is currently recruiting for a FAMILY LAW CLERK for our clients Mississauga branch . This is a full time permanent opportunity to start as soon as possible.
Accountabilities will include:
  • Prepare legal documents, court reports and affidavits;
  • Research records, court files and other legal documents;
  • Record keeping Requirements include:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Family Law or Civil Litigation
  • Business Equipment and Computer Applications Spreadsheet; Legal software applications
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment; work under pressure; tight deadlines; Attention to detail; Large caseload; Large workload Essential Skills Reading text; Document use; Numeracy; Writing; Communication; Working with others; Problem solving; Decision making; Critical thinking; Job task planning and organizing; Significant use of memory; Finding information; Computer use; Continuous learning Other Information
