Specific Job Description
Your primary responsibilities as a System Administrator includes:
  • Maintenance of Cisco switches and routers
  • Maintain Windows servers on the Lockheed Martin Intranet
  • Administration of network backup systems, media management and growth planning.
  • Installation of operating system software, patches and upgrades for servers, switches, routers
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system hardware, software and networking issues.
  • Accounts management and group permission in Active Directory.
  • Review vulnerability scan results and remediate security findings.
  • Trouble shooting network circuits.

  • Diploma from an accredited college/CEGEP in an IT related discipline with6-9 years of relevant professional experience as a server admin or network engineer
  • 3-5 years' experience with Windows 2008 or 2012.
  • 3-5 years experience with SharePoint and Service Central
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent Microsoft certifications
  • Good knowledge of NTFS shares and permissions.
  • 3+ years experience with Linux
    2+Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Group Policy.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cisco switches, wireless networks and routers.
  • Good knowledge of standard protocols (DHCP, DNS, SNMP, ….)
  • Good communications skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • 3years experience with Cisco Network Switched and Routers
    3 years of experience with HP and Dell servers
  • Effective problem-solving skills
    Organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
